Delete your Cookmee account
You can ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it, even if you no longer have the app.
In the app
Open Settings, then Privacy and account, then Delete account. Your account, your shared recipes and your profile are deleted.
If you no longer have the app
Install Cookmee again on any phone, sign in, and follow the steps above. Or email the address shown on the Legal and about page in the app and tell us which account to delete. We reply with the next step.
What is deleted
- your profile and sign-in
- the recipes you shared and your saved lists
- your reports and ratings that are tied to the account
What stays on your own phone, such as allergies and notes, never left it. Deleting the app removes it.
How long it takes
We start straight away and finish within 30 days. We keep only what the law requires us to keep.
